Serco Vocational Services (SVS) is part of Serco plc; a FTSE250 company and one of the UK's Top 100 apprenticeship employers, employing almost 1,500 young people across a diverse range of professions and industries.
Since 2001, we have invested significantly to support the growth of apprenticeships. SVS has helped enable businesses within the Serco group to grow their own talent and create a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce who are engaged in challenging and inspiring roles.
As a major supplier to central government, Serco plc has pledged to support modern apprenticeships in as many of our contracts as possible. Not only do we employ our own apprentices, we are also a registered training provider and help other business to find and develop their own apprentices.
