Reflections Training Academy is one of the largest privately owned companies within the UK and has over 25 years experience with teaching hairdressing apprenticeships.
We offer work based learning which means you will be based in a salon, earning money whilst attending training sessions on a regular basis where you will learn and create the latest trends in hairdressing.
We have recently celebrated gaining Grade 1's from the Ofsted inspection, rating us "Outstanding" across both academies.
Divisionally, the completion of courses by the learners’ planned end date is very high, with learners making very good progress against demanding targets. Ofsted said “Success rates and the quality of training improve year on year”
