Step and Stone is a bakery in Bristol, offering people with learning disabilities training in the skills needed to get a job. People learn to increase their confidence and learn skills in an inclusive friendly work place, and when they are ready, Step and Stone help them to find a suitable employer or work experience, and provide job coaching for as long as needed.
