Encourage students to register/log in and save things they are interested in
To get the best data in the reports, your students will need to have registered/be signed in and be 'tagging' the things they are interested in - these will be saved for them in their Career Tools report and be collated as group and individual reports for you to see in the Reporting Zone.
They can click to tag and save job sectors, courses and providers they are interested in and then view them in their Career Tools report. Staff with an admin login can view their interests by group or individual in the Reporting Zone.
They can also view results from their Job Sector Quiz and Skills Profile in their Individual Career Tools report.
You can view which tasks student's have completed in a Group Report on the Reporting Zone.
View student data and run reports
Schools that have set up admin access to Careerpilot can access the Reporting Zone to view student data and run off reports which can support planning and delivery to meet the needs and interests of their students.
The reports will show you the choices young people are making about jobs, qualification and providers and their results from any Careerpilot quizzes that have completed e.g. job sectors, Skills Profile, subjects they love, etc.
Reports can be downloaded to Excel.
There are various ways to view reports, by individual or by group. Career Advisers, tutors, etc. can write action points they agree with the student and also add a report e.g. the career adviser report can be added to the student's record, which is visible to the student and any other staff member with access to that student.
If you are using the Pathway Planner triage tool you will access all results, data reports and tracking tools through the Reporting Zone.
