FAQs

How often do I have to come to College?
15–18 hours per week over three or four days depending on your course.


Are there any clubs or activities?
As part of your course, we offer activities, competitions, trips and visits so you can discover new interests, develop new skills and ultimately have fun! You can also represent your class and organise events by getting involved with our Student Council.


Who can help me with my studies?
Your personal tutor will provide you with continual support during your time at College. If you feel you need extra support, you can speak to our Student Advisers. We also have dedicated Learning Support Assistants for particular learning needs such as dyslexia, hearing or a visual impairment.


Will you help me to apply for University, an apprenticeship or a job?
We actively promote and encourage the progression of our students. Our dedicated team will guide you through applications, CV writing, interview techniques and much more.


Do I have to study English and maths?
All full-time students follow a study programme which consists of your main subject, English and maths and work experience.
