Careerpilot was successful in bidding for funding from the national Careers and Enterprise Company to create and pilot the Pathway Planner Model and Tool, which support good quality Personal Guidance. Our bid had to show how our triage model met Gatsby 8 and also met the criteria of effective guidance, as defined in the CEC research report Personal Guidance - What Works?
